From the perspective of ordinary people, I can understand the behavior of this candidate: From time to time, the interview is the most effective way to understand your value and know how much you value.

There is a law in economics that calls value to determine the price. In fact, in the talent market, this same law applies. Everyone’s work experience, learning ability, creativity, etc., add up to form their own value. When these values ​​are placed in an open talent market, they will form a price, which is the salary that the company is willing to give you.
