And all SOPs need to complete the corresponding tests, adjustments and optimizations, which is also the work we have invested the most time and energy in the past 10 years.
The third advantage is the rigorous and efficient teacher training system.
For example, the TOEFL department is a newly established department of our company. 16 teachers took the TOEFL test in May this year, 2 of them had a full score and 8 of them got 115+. Compared with the status of just entering the job, their TOEFL score has been greatly improved, and these teachers are all our own training without exception, and all steps are standardized during the period. And among the teachers we train, 30%-50% have the ability to train new teachers again. This is also a key element for future expansion.
04It takes a quick step to deal with the crisis
Under the influence of the epidemic situation, what is the current status of education abroad such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT or international subject education? What I learned is that if an institution’s decline from January to May this year is within 20%, it is considered a relatively strong company.

In our company, when doing any project, you must first go out of SOP, sort out all the processes first, and then start to do it, instead of doing it while writing. This set of SOP covers all roles’ role changes, points of attention, timing and a full set of words.
For example, although we have been teaching online one-on-one since 2016, there is a big difference between online class teaching and online one-to-one teaching.
Because of the teaching of the class, it is impossible for a teacher’s attention to focus on all students. When writing the SOP, we developed a new operation plan, such as equipping the class teacher with the class teacher and the class according to the characteristics of the online course. Supervision, the most important task is to constantly patrol the student’s camera during the class and observe whether he is distracted.
