The house even has windows in both the north and the south, and it does not represent the house. It is transparent to the north and south.

So if you have a requirement for ventilation, lighting, etc., you should avoid entering the pit when you look at the house type and look at the house.

Let me first say that the first one I rented is the old one in Huangpu District. The approximate floor plan is like this:

When looking at the house, the big bedroom was locked up and put things, so I saw the basic room, one kitchen, one kitchen and one bathroom, but the small bedroom is not small, and it is facing south. The reason for the lighting and the illuminance is also very good…so I didn’t even think about it, I immediately rented it.

But I lived in and found that cooking every day is really: sweat is raining.

Because the small bedroom is locked up, the overall layout shows a 7-shape. The north facing kitchen and the south facing room have windows, but the kitchen faces the corridor, the whole is blocked, and the surrounding fumes also affect the opening. Window…so every time I cook, it’s basically done in this similarly closed space.

There are still a lot of units like this “turning wind”, so don’t be “spotted in the north and south” when you look at the house.

The second type of apartment that requires more attention is the north-south transparency, but the room type is long and the middle lighting is poor.

For example:

The whole house has a long strip shape. Although there are windows in the north and south, and there is no physical wall blocking, it is transparent in the north and south, but the living room, kitchen and bathroom in the middle are all solid walls. The lighting can only rely on the lights, and the natural light is basically no. I hope so.

So if the preferred apartment type is similar to the long strip, even if it is transparent in the north and south, you need to pay special attention to the lighting in the middle part.

The third situation that is easy to be pitted is that the orientation of the house itself is not square.

Know that a slight deviation in the direction of the house will cause a great deviation in the ventilation of the entire house and the lighting.

Although the whole is really transparent in the north and south (very transparent), once you look closely at the location of the entire market, you will find that the whole market is not correct.

Because the whole side is biased to the northwest, although there are windows in both the north and the south, it is also transparent, but it cannot be regarded as a true north-south transparency.

When you look at the house, you must not look at the floor plan. The location map is also very important.

It’s not good to say so much. What is it that is a good household in North and South?

First look at two apartment types:

These two are standard North-South transparent homes.

To achieve the effect of North-South transparency, in addition to meeting the necessary conditions for windows in the north and south, the following three points need to be met:

• The living room, dining room and balcony are connected and unobstructed, and the wind can pass through the hall

• The bedrooms are located in the north and south, and the bedroom doors are opposite, which is smooth and ventilated

• South and North have windows

Therefore, the “north and north window” that is often advertised on the advertisements of the house is only one of the necessary conditions for the transparency of the north and the south, and does not constitute the fact that the north and the south are transparent.

When you choose a house, the floor plan and location map must be carefully studied. Don’t just look at the window.
