The research and development of N-type TOPCon battery achieves a conversion efficiency of up to 25.21%; the efficiency of commercial-size single-crystal double-sided P-type TOPCon battery is the first in the industry to exceed 25%, achieving a world record of 25.02%, which is the highest efficiency of current commercial-size P-type battery; The conversion efficiency of the commercial-size monocrystalline HJT battery of Longji New Technology R&D Center reached a record 25.26%, realizing the company’s leapfrog development in the research and development of HJT battery technology.

This means that LONGi has broken through three world records for the conversion efficiency of commercial-size monocrystalline solar cells, each breaking the 25% mark.

The current mainstream photovoltaic cell technology is PERC cell, but the industry believes that traditional PERC cell conversion efficiency is facing a bottleneck, and the conversion efficiency is close to the theoretical limit of 24%.
