Today (July 19), the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the “App notice on infringement of user rights and interests”. This is the sixth batch of 2021 and the 15th batch of app notices on infringement of user rights.
reported that as of now, 71 apps have not yet been rectified, including Tik Tok, Huya Live, Thunder, Qingting FM, etc. The Communications Administration of Liaoning Province, Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Province, Sichuan Province, and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region found that 74 apps have not yet been rectified. The above-mentioned 145 apps should complete the rectification and implementation work before July 26. If rectification is not made within the time limit, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize and carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
