In the interview with the owner of the Weilai NIO Day site in 2019, Future Car Daily learned that some owners bought a car for Amway friends, and at no cost paid for a friend to buy NIO Day tickets for him to come and experience. After recommending new users to buy a car, old users will get Weilai points rewards, which can be used to exchange Weilai’s peripheral products.

In addition, Li Bin also said that the increase in sales also benefited from the continued expansion of the sales network. As of December 31, 2019, Weilai has opened 70 stores nationwide, including 22 NIO Houses and 48 NIO Spaces.

On December 30, Weilai Automobile’s third quarter financial report for 2019 showed that Weilai’s third quarter total revenue was 250 million US dollars (about 1.837 billion yuan), which was higher than market expectations of 1.743 billion yuan. A year-on-year increase of 25.0%. After the financial report was released, Weilai’s stock price rose by 20.66%. As of now, Weilai is reported at $ 3.83 per share, with a market value of $ 4.025 billion, the highest point since June this year.

In 2020, Weilai ’s new ES8 and electric coupe SUV EC6 will face Tesla series models. When Tesla ’s domestic version has been reduced to less than 300,000 yuan, Weilai ’s customer loyalty may be challenged .
