So far, the top three housing companies have announced annual sales.
On January 6, Country Garden Holdings Limited issued an announcement to disclose the company’s unaudited operating data in December 2019.
The announcement shows that Country Garden Holdings Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved a total contracted sales amount of approximately 12.36 billion yuan attributable to shareholders of the company in a single month in December 2019, compared with December 2018. It increased by 1.88% year-on-year, and the contracted sales floor area attributable to shareholders’ equity of the company was approximately 1.45 million square meters, a decrease of 14.72% year-on-year compared with December 2018.
According to this, the contracted sales amount of Country Garden’s equity in 2019 is approximately 552.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 10.04%. Country Garden has not set its 2019 annual performance targets.
Before, China Evergrande disclosed the sales data for 2019, and the total contracted sales amount for the whole year was about 601.06 billion yuan, and the contracted sales area was about 58.463 million square meters. Vanke’s cumulative contracted sales area in 2019 was 41.12 million square meters, and the contracted sales amount was 630.84 billion yuan. So far, the top three housing companies have announced annual sales. According to the Kerry list , Country Garden’s full-caliber sales reached 771.53 billion yuan, ranking first strong; Vanke and China Evergrande ranked second and third.
