New pneumonia is still spreading, and Wuhan is still in the “storm eye” of the epidemic.

On January 23, Wuhan announced the closure of the city. At the same time, information on the lack of medical supplies in various hospitals was circulated online. People in Wuhan cannot come out, but the outside world’s attention to them has never stopped. After “closing the city”, is the life of ordinary people okay? Are the medical staff in the front line struggling with the shortage of medical supplies? What happened to those who “retrograde” to Wuhan?

People outside of the storm, most of them have no intention of celebrating the New Year, they always want to brush their phones to see if there is any news that the epidemic situation has improved. Yesterday, Ran Cai interviewed nine front-line “combatant” personnel in Wuhan, hoping to pass on more stories through their stories. They told Ran Caijing:

Our medical staff “streaking streak” until the day before yesterday, finally seeing hope, the 5,000 protective clothing donated by volunteers arrived, and the government-supplied materials arrived.

There is flu every winter, but this year because of the epidemic, everyone is extremely nervous. Even if all the fever clinics in the hospitals are opened, they will not be able to “digest” the citizens who went to the hospitals because of panic.

It’s as if you’re acting in a movie when you see the supermarket rushing out. The most frightening thing is this feeling of powerlessness in the face of the unknown.

No need to cry at a glance now, we are soldiers, we need to boost morale.

Everyone is fighting. Many drivers don’t care about deducting points or deducting points. Wherever there is a need to solve a problem, everyone will hit it.

I hope that the outside world can support, understand and encourage Wuhan a little bit more, make a little effort, make a little money, and make less money.

Infected, infected, do your best to continue working without falling down

Ping An, 37, Doctor, CT Room, WISCO General Hospital

I am a doctor in the CT room. Now almost all patients with fever and cough will come to our department to check it first. We are regarded as the “frontline of the frontline”. Ten days ago, the doctor sitting next to me was infected. He was on duty on the night of the thirteenth year. He fell, and our superior deputy chief physician was on top.

The first suspected case was found in our hospital at the end of December last year. By the beginning of January, there were more and more suspected cases. At the beginning of the shift, 4-5 cases could be found overnight. After two or three days, one day arrived More than 20 cases, and more and more people later. We usually accept 60-80 people 24 hours a day. By mid-January, we have more than 300 people a day, and sometimes there is no time to go to the toilet. But we have nothing to complain, because all hospitals in Wuhan are like this.

At that time, our position was very difficult. Nucleic acid reagents must be passed to diagnose a new type of coronavirus, but this is the first step. If the lung symptoms are obvious, I will repeatedly tell the patient to go to the emergency department Doctor, but I’m not sure if they will listen to me. Because the final diagnosis is based on the results of the reagents, I can’t spread the panic, and I should pay attention to the patients. It really collapses sometimes. We originally had a book to register information about suspected people. Later, there were too many people and we couldn’t register.

I realized that the situation was critical in early January, when my colleagues in the department and I purchased some N95 masks and protective clothing at their own expense.

Later, the number of patients surged, and the entire Wuhan medical supplies were in short supply. There was no way to equip us with protective clothing and goggles. We wore white coats, brought our own masks, or wore simple medical surgical masks. In order to reduce the risk of infection and save materials, several people in our department work in shifts, and try to integrate work as much as possible during the Spring Festival, increase the length of a single work, and reduce the number of times to the hospital.

“Streaking” until the day before yesterday, we saw hope, 5,000 protective clothing donated by volunteersWhen it arrives, the materials allocated by the government have arrived. I think that the shortage of materials will be alleviated in the short term. In fact, volunteers also take risks to help us purchase materials. Fortunately, our hospital has issued a commission agreement to help alleviate some of their risks. I really thank them, they are the cutest people.

Thirty years ago, I was alone in Wuhan. In early January, I returned my wife and two children to my hometown because I was a little coughing. I was in contact with high-risk patients every day and I was afraid to infect them, so I asked them to go home and isolate them first. That night, I turned on the TV. It sounded a little bit hilarious, but I didn’t look at it. I was always replying to the information in the various material groups, and I only had a video with my family for half an hour.

So far, I have n’t had any bad symptoms except working for too long and feeling dizzy and sometimes coughing. Private cars have been stopped in Wuhan these days, and the hospital and the community have arranged a shuttle bus for us, but I don’t want to bother you. I’m going to ride a bike to work these days. It takes 40 minutes, but as long as it doesn’t rain like the previous days, this is not a problem. I looked very open. I became infected when I became infected. I did my best to continue working without falling.

Isolation at home is safe if viral pneumonia is excluded

Ye Zi, 29 years old, doctor in a hospital in Wuhan

I’m an anesthesiologist and I’m currently at home. We already have colleagues going to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) for support, and we hope to do our best when we are well.

At the end of December last year, we saw information in the medical group around us, saying that patients with unexplained pneumonia appeared one after another. We all need to wear masks in our working environment. At that time, the daily operation in the operating room was still basically as usual. At that time, I felt that wearing a mask can provide basic protection, and I didn’t feel much.

The situation is getting worse after entering January. A surgeon in our operating room became feverish and a CT scan revealed pneumonia. At that time, there was a suspected patient in their department. It was suspected that this suspected patient had infected the surgeon. Later, I learned that three other doctors were also infected. We are more careful in our daily work and disinfect more often.

Before I was going to go home a year ago, I went to check a CT without any problem, so I dared to make the decision to go home. But when I got off the night shift, I received the news of “closing the city” in Wuhan, saying that it was definitely false not to worry or fear. At that time, the most feared thing was that there were not enough living and medical supplies. Later, on New Year’s Eve, I stayed in Wuhan myself and contacted my mother and husband via video. Many of my colleagues spent years in the hospital.

From a rational perspective, personally, “”Closing the city” is still “closed”, and even if it is propagated as early as possible, it may not spread so seriously. For the front-line medical staff, the most likely thing is the protective gear. Although it has already arrived in a batch, but like us Hospital protective clothing is first supplied to ICU, respiratory medicine, emergency department and other departments. Our anesthesia department may not have sufficient supplies. However, the anesthesia department is responsible for outpatient intubation and may have direct contact with the patient’s airway. The risk of exposure is particularly high. I did not At the time of isolation, there was no protective clothing and goggles in our department. At that time, the protective mask I went to intubate was worn by us for AIDS patients under normal circumstances, and the tightness was not very good.

Furthermore, my doctor friend who sent a fever clinic said that they are currently understaffed, working too long, and there is a lot of pressure on medical staff. Many patients think that when they spend money to register for a visit, why did they send me away in one minute? In fact, it is one minute for the patient, and it may be several hours for the doctor, because they do not take a rest every minute.

At present, the hospitals have done their best to “digest” pneumonia patients, but in fact, even if Vulcan Mountain Hospital is built, more than 1,000 beds can not “digest” too many patients. People with slight fever do need to go home and isolate themselves. . There is influenza every winter, but due to the epidemic this year, everyone is extremely nervous. Even if all the fever clinics in the hospitals are opened, they cannot “digest” the citizens who go to the hospitals because of panic. At this time, home isolation is actually a method. If it is really a common cold, you may get infected when you go to the hospital, which is also something we are particularly worried about. If you suspect your infection, go to a community hospital to check for basic items. If viral pneumonia is ruled out, home isolation is safe.

In the face of the epidemic, I personally want to do my part. If I ask for support, I will go. Don’t be afraid to be false, but now you can only be optimistic and protect yourself, there is no other way. But I’m disgusted that some people use “irrespective of return, regardless of life and death” to morally abduct medical personnel.

Anyway, the epidemic will definitely pass. At present, please protect yourself while not panic.

Received notice on New Year’s Eve, rushed back to Wuhan on the first day

Xiao Hai, 23 years old, Wuhan Hospital Logistics Department staff

My hometown is Huangshi, Hubei. I do logistic work in the hospital and go home for annual vacation before closing Wuhan. Originally at home to celebrate the New Year, I received an order for an emergency recall on New Year’s Eve, and rushed back to Wuhan on the night of the new year.

I was a little hesitant when I was notified and I was afraid I would be infected at work. But in my group, everyone is working normally, colleagues are first.Line, if I do n’t go, this is a stain in my professional experience, and I am a deserter. In the future, I will be here and work with this group of people all the time.

I am 23 years old. I am a new employee who has just arrived in the hospital this year. If I don’t come back, my class will definitely have to find someone else to replace. During this period of time, everyone was turning around, and if I had to be replaced by someone else, I wouldn’t be able to get through this.

In the past two days, the frontline medical resources were insufficient. A large number of medical staff began to return to Wuhan because of the support of the frontline. At that time, a group of medical staff (about 10 people) gathered in a toll station in Huangshi, holding a certificate, and the government sent a car to go directly together. Ship to Wuhan at high speed. These cars couldn’t get into Wuhan. At that time, I was returned to my dormitory by taxi volunteers in Wuhan. When I was waiting for the car, I also encountered a little takeaway brother who was delivering food. He said, “Someone has to order it for life.”

null

Our logistics need to secure front-line material resources, such as masks, protective clothing, domestic water, etc., as well as oxygen distribution and maintenance of electrical facilities. We generally do not contact patients directly and we also need to wear gowns. Recently, with the help of the country and all walks of life, medical equipment can be supplied, but the front-line consumption is still large, so materials are still in short supply.

Looking at the screenshot on Weibo before, the doctors in Wuhan could only eat instant noodles on New Year’s Eve, probably after dinner. At least in our hospital, the logistics center still prepares dinner for the medical staff, but after the normal meal, there is no meal. If they are busy, they won’t be able to take care of it. It may not be until one or two in the morning until the operation is completed or the task at hand is completed before they can find something to eat.

The number of fever clinics is really high recently. Many patients with common fever symptoms will also go to the fever clinics. However, the fever clinics also have patients who have been infected with new coronavirus, which can easily cause cross infection. I am also very worried that it will be transmitted to my family. I take my body temperature every day at home and use separate tableware when eating.

The queues in the hospital are really long now, and basically there are people waiting in line for 24 hours. The hospital is now open for 24 hours, and some medical staff live there.Far away, I came to the hospital with a suitcase and slept in the hospital. We may have to wait until the end of Wuhan’s “capped city” before we people can actually go home and have a good meal with our family.

To be honest, as a medical staff, I don’t have that kind of anxiety anymore. I can only be bold and rush forward. I also hope that the public will not be so panic. Now the Wuhan Municipal Government has issued a policy. All patients with fever symptoms will be first diagnosed by the medical staff of the community clinic health service center. If it is really necessary to send them to the hospital, they will be sent by the community. The car took the patient to a designated hospital. I hope that everyone will not go to the hospital’s fever clinic any more, and the crowd of people may cause cross-infection. I hope everyone will be rational.

In addition, many people recommend using a finger clip oximeter for self-examination at home. In my opinion, generally when it is necessary to check this indicator, it is equivalent to having difficulty breathing. At this time, you must go to the hospital. The instrument can be used for self-checking, and ordinary people do not have to buy it at home.

After supporting Wuhan Hospital for several days, the fleet leader took the initiative to isolate himself

Yi Dong, 37 years old, general manager of Suning Wuhan Logistics Company

I’m from Sichuan. I was sent to Wuhan by Suning Group in 2019. Now I’m the general manager of Wuhan Suning Logistics. On the 23rd, Wuhan “closed the city”, we realized that the pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan might have been severe. Before the “closed city”, the demand for civilian biological materials and protective materials was not large. After the “closed city”, it suddenly increased geometrically. The whole Wuhan did not have such a large reserve. In addition, it was the Spring Festival. Many logistics companies Stopped, it will be more difficult for rescue supplies to enter Wuhan.

Suning has its own supply chain and logistics. We can quickly transfer materials from other places, so we soon joined the ranks of supporting Wuhan. We donated the supplies from Suning Wuhan, and urgently transferred a batch of supplies from the Suning headquarters. Our task in Wuhan is to first ensure the normal distribution of bio-materials and secondly to distribute materials to various hospitals. The hospitals we dock with include Vulcan Mountain Hospital, Children’s Hospital, Seventh Hospital, Third Hospital and so on. Some companies and individuals donate, and the supplies cannot be delivered. We can send a special car to deliver the supplies, and then direct delivery to the hospital.

null

We now have more than 400 people in Wuhan, including end-delivery personnel, operating personnel, warehouse operators, and transportation personnel. Recently, everyone is working overtime, and the larger volume is mainly masks, and then disinfection water and disinfectant.

Our delivery staff may reach dozens of customers a day, so when we deliver now, we try to avoid contact with customers as much as possible to reduce the risk of potential infection. We put the shipments directly in the courier cabinet, which is a protection for employees and customers. Nowadays, we rarely let the delivery staff go directly to the hospital, and usually send them to the designated delivery receiving place of the hospital.

Because the virus has an incubation period of more than 10 days, some employees we frequently contact with the outside world, in addition to normal protection, will also isolate them according to the situation. One of the team leaders who docked at Vulcan Mountain Hospital had been working outside for several days and had more contacts. We asked him to isolate himself in the dormitory for 15 days. In the face of the epidemic, it is very important that everyone does not become a mobile infectious agent.

During the fight against pneumonia in Wuhan, I think there are still many enthusiastic people in the society. Many people found me and said that they bought some items from abroad and let us take them to the hospital. In fact, when China encountered some crises, everyone was still very united. I have experienced the Wenchuan Earthquake, and this time I experienced Wuhan pneumonia, and I am particularly touched by this.

After the epidemic broke out, I supported in Wuhan. It felt like everyone suddenly started paying attention to you, after all, you were in the eye of a storm. I think everyone is doing their part. Everyone has their own division of labor in the society. It’s good to take up their responsibilities. Everyone has to do what they should do.

The type that just wants to contribute to Wuhan, but does not plan to return it

He Lang, 28-year-old cargo transportation manager in Wuhan

I’m responsible for cargo deployment in Wuhan. On the 28th day of the lunar month, before the Wuhan epidemic officially broke out, we started to make some preparations. At that time, the consideration was that the capacity was insufficient during the Spring Festival. We published the demand for capacity guarantee during the Spring Festival in the driver group, and then many drivers signed up. After the outbreak in Wuhan, we established a “Wuhan Caring Driver Support Group”. We are contacting these truck drivers every day and they are on standby.

Wuhan’s medical supplies are very scarce. After Wuhan “closed the city”, there was not enough transportation capacity to distribute. Many individuals and institutions in the society donated to Wuhan, but now the problem is not materialThe problem of quality supply is that no one distributes it. In fact, many individual drivers in Wuhan wanted to help with the delivery of supplies, but their traffic was banned in the urban areas, and their cars could not be driven out. A cargo lala certified driver told me that he wanted to go out but couldn’t go. “I just want to contribute to Wuhan with my existing capabilities and not to repay.”

null

We issued a notice on the 26th to open a green channel to help government departments and medical institutions distribute supplies for free. We have compiled a list of drivers, and the company’s public affairs department is responsible for communicating with government departments to obtain permits for distribution. After any demand from the government came out, we took the initiative to contact the driver who was on standby and let him reach the starting point. Our staff placed an order and asked the driver to help with the delivery. The entire delivery cost was borne by the cargo platform.

Our drivers are located in various areas of Wuhan, so we have classified Wuhan into regions. When the demand for distribution comes out, we can contact the driver as soon as possible, and then the driver will go to the scene to deliver. As each driver arrives at the scene, we will send them a protective suit and mask.

null

During the support period in Wuhan, what moved me the most was that many enthusiastic people were supporting Wuhan silently. I saw that many people around me spontaneously established many groups to synchronize the latest progress of the epidemic at any time. Some people donated materials to the hospital. The homestay provides accommodation for medical staff free of charge. Private car owners provide transportation for medical staff. Some people go to the hospital to deliver meals to doctors and nurses.

A cargo truck driver said in our support group that if he needs a car like this to go out now, he goes unconditionally, and he says that he is no better than a front-line doctor and nurse. They are at the front of the front. Another driver said, “People’s hearts are flesh-growing. It’s time to make money and make money. Now it’s not making money. It’s a matter of making money, now it is dedication. “

There are actually many such drivers. What we are doing is to take advantage of our platform so that these drivers can play a role and contribute to the fight against pneumonia in Wuhan. On the day of the 26th, the cargo support team completed 5 public welfare orders, all of which came from the Chinese Volunteers Association to transport protective clothing to the hospital. There were 64 volunteer drivers.

Allocation of long-term rental apartment and transfer of medical staff

Mr. Zhang, 38 years old, Wuhan I Love My Family Head

At noon on January 21, the company took an emergency vacation. All overseas Chinese reported their temperature every day. The employees who had already left the country were basically quarantined. My family and I have all experienced SARS, so from the “closed city” to the present, the mentality is generally better. Wuhan’s overall situation is okay now, and there are no major problems in people’s lives.

Suddenly, the company leader made an urgent decision and provided temporary dwellings nearby for medical staff according to our existing vacant long-term rental housing. However, because our house is not a self-owned property, we can only provide it after the owner ’s consent in this matter, and because most of the properties are scattered, we gather the current regional property offers Support was provided to medical staff at the Wuhan Red Cross Hospital, Wuhan Sixth Hospital, Wuhan Central Hospital and Wuhan Xiehe Cancer Hospital.

After receiving the notice yesterday, we first counted the available homes for us, and then called the owners one by one to explain the situation. After obtaining the owner’s consent, confirm the listing information again. After receiving a call from the medical staff, we first explained to them the living conditions of the house, and then signed an agreement for free living with the medical staff, including determining some precautions. They will disinfect themselves before leaving, and the company will organize a wave of house disinfection after they live.

At present, the company’s left-over staff can support me and (Wuhan) I love the general manager of our family. We have a very short manpower. When it comes to receiving medical staff, we are not convenient for employees to get it, there is no way we can only go on our own. Yesterday, the two of us drove to arrange over a dozen medical staff. They are very hard, it takes a long time to enter the protective area, and they need to be disinfected when they come out. And not all doctors and nurses have a car, and these medical staff who seek help are basically far from the hospital.

null

I have several emergency assistance groups, all of which are formed by volunteers. Demands for materials and accommodation are directed by people. I still receive messages from other regional hospital medical staff for help, and I have pulled them into the support group for deployment. In fact, in addition to hospital arrangements, there are other companies and hotels in the society that provide housing support. I was informed today that some medical staff at the Wuhan Red Cross Hospital have arranged accommodation.

Our volunteers lack their own protective measures. They only have a mask, but the medical staff is harder. They are really great. Wuhan, come on.

When I started to do this, I already put aside life and death

Liu Yang, 27-year-old entrepreneur of educational institution

I’m from Wuhan. My job is to be an education and training institution, teaching children to learn dance, taekwondo, and painting.

Because of the Spring Festival holiday, a person was idle at home and had nothing to do. Around January 20th, a friend on WeChat dragged me to a rider assistance charity group. I saw everyone in the group to help pick up and drop supplies, Contact resources, etc., I also started to join in. Now I do everything: help to contact the materials, dock the hospital to transport materials, also help raise money in the circle of friends, and mobilize people to join.

null

When the government notified the epidemic around the 20th, no one around him took it seriously, only to take it seriously later. In just a few days, Wuhan has experienced various things such as closing the city and closing transportation facilities, but my own mood has not changed much. Every day I just do what I can do, and rarely go to the news and the outside world. I think no matter how serious the problem is, as long as everyone works together, it can be overcome.

Many people in Wuhan are afraid to go out at home, and no one can see them outside, which is basically an empty city. Every day my parents will follow meTrouble, don’t let me go out, I will tell them, if all of you think so, no one will go out, then everyone waits to die at home together, and we can’t get through this difficult time together. I can’t control what others do. I can do my best and fulfill my obligations. Everyone has different ideas. If the medical staff in the hospital only cares about themselves, who will see people? They really are not easy.

null

Before, I was completely unfamiliar with masks and protective clothing. Many of the resources I now docked with were hard to find later. From the 20th, I go out at eight or nine in the morning, and arrive home late at night. I am helping to contact and deliver goods every day. I may not be able to eat until late at night. On New Year’s Eve, I and the thousands of self-organized car owners have been transporting supplies outside. In recent days, we have started to help hospitals to pick up and drop off medical staff. After public transportation was stopped in Wuhan, many people did not have a car and it was inconvenient to get in and out.

Of course I also wear a mask and disinfect some cars with medical alcohol, but since I did this, I think I have put aside life and death. It doesn’t matter. At present, Wuhan’s supplies are still very tight, and some medical staff still do not have masks and protective clothing. I can’t manage the situation in the surrounding cities and counties, after all, I have limited strength alone.

Under this situation, I hope that the outside world can support, understand and encourage Wuhan a little bit more, give a little bit of money, give a little bit of money, and less ridicule and crack down on it, because it was a natural disaster. Human disaster, I also hope that everyone can support more supplies. At present, the thing I am most worried about is that if things get worse and worse, everyone will have little confidence, and their mentality will collapse. It is over. I still hope that everyone can have confidence in the future.

We are the emergency, we know the official supplies are on the way

Shi Shi 32 years old, Wuhan volunteer

At 3 am on the 26th, we delivered the last batch of protective clothing to the medical staff.

Because I learned from a friend that someone has a batch of protective clothing on hand, this friend and I started to split up, while raising funds through the circle of friends, while looking for hospitals and departments in urgent need of protective clothingContact information. From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for 9 hours on the 25th, my friends and I received a total of 210,000 donations. We bought more than 2,700 sets of protective clothing and drove them to the medical staff of 24 hospitals overnight in a private car that day. Hand. After coming out, we sprayed alcohol on our mobile phones, clothes, and cars. Now we can only reduce the chance of infection as much as possible, but we can’t completely avoid it.

null

I originally thought that the protective clothing we sent out could last two days, but the situation was worse than expected. My cousin, who worked on the front line of the hospital, described the doctor as “streaking” touching the patient.

On the 26th, a member of the Health and Medical Commission told me, “Now many hospitals are in short supply, and the hospital you sent to may not be the hospital with the most urgent supplies.” I know that there are more than two thousand sets of protection Serving is not enough, and our information is limited. We can only help those who contact us as much as possible. Until now, there have been medical staff who added me to WeChat, saying, “We also lack supplies.” I announced the whereabouts of the charity in the WeChat group, and someone kept calling me, but I couldn’t collect it. With my current ability, I hadn’t found a channel for emergency supplies.

There are many friends of medical staff around me. I already knew about the epidemic situation in early December. Some friends said, “If you can go, hurry up.” I didn’t care about it until later, they synchronized some news in the group. , Even screenshots of chat records, when we finished reading it immediately withdrew, then realized the seriousness.

The strongest feeling of weakness is on the 22nd and 23rd. On the 22nd, Wuhan City called on everyone to “wear a mask, wash your hands frequently, go out less, and ventilate more.” Can this solve the problem? In fact, it can’t. The things we can do are too limited. Until 2 am on the 23rd, Wuhan announced the closure of the city. I was really scared. I took my mother and mother-in-law out to purchase supplies, and when I saw the supermarket rushed out, it was as if I was playing a movie. The most frightening thing is this feeling of powerlessness in the face of the unknown.

Not to mention that these frontline medical staffs isolate themselves from the New Year’s Eve and can’t even eat New Year’s Eve. They are also ordinary people. There are indeed some despair, loss, and near collapse. Don’t talk about them, even the relatives and friends around me will release some bad emotions these days.

/ p>

On the 26th, motor vehicles were banned in the central urban area of Wuhan. Only those with a permit can pass. Besides, it is a problem for medical staff to commute to work. Our group started to voluntarily transfer medical staff to and from work. For example, the medical staff announced the news in the group, so and so, phone number, where the starting point, where the end point, and those who can pick up and drop off help spontaneously.

Everyone is now considerate of each other. When I went to deliver the protective clothing yesterday, it was delivered to a director. He came down alone. I told him, “I will help you move in.” But he told me, “You go to this place and unload things.” Just come down. “

null

Our actions are emergency, because front-line medical staff do not have protective equipment in their hands, then we will fill this pit. In fact, I also know some other channels that can provide supplies, but I have to wait until a week before I can supply them. I did not pay because we know that the official supplies are on the way or have started to be distributed slowly.

No need to cry at a glance now, we are warriors and need to boost morale

Shuangxing 32-year-old Hubei Hospital Coordinator of Materials and Media Resources

I currently have access to more than 100 hospitals in Hubei Province, including Wuhan. In more than 90% of the hospitals, we are all front-line personnel. In the past, we found a problem. Many hospital official docking staff have already signed up for the supplies, but the front-line medical staff has never received them, so we will now all deliver them to the front-line staff.

In communicating with them, I was impressed with some details. Those medical staff will ask us whether we donate or buy. When they hear it is a donation, I can feel the gratitude on the phone. It feels like they want to kneel in front of you in person to thank them.

Some hospitals, because they only accept donations from regular institutions, but the process of connecting with public welfare organizations is more complicated, so some medical staff may have to wait for four or five days to get supplies. The medical staff are all fighters in the front line. Now the most important thing is to provide them with guns and ammunition in the shortest possible time. We also hope that these processesKeep it as simple as possible.

During the Spring Festival, many manufacturers received notifications, obliged to expedite production and supply us with supplies. Of course, some businessmen only profited. Now we have many volunteers, divided into many groups. There are also a few “rich second generations” who mobilized local Wuhan staff to volunteer and assemble vehicles. Everyone is fighting. Many drivers do n’t care about deducting points. Wherever there is a need to solve a problem, everyone is up to the point.

At present, I have a few suggestions, which are our current real needs:

First, the districts and counties around Wuhan are also severely affected. The medical staff in some hospitals are still in a “streaking” state, and they have no protective tools. So we are now calling for donations to consider surrounding counties and cities;

Second, please stop showing pessimism. We need to understand that what we need to do now is to boost morale and unite our hearts to fight the epidemic and solve the problem. What we want is not the kind of content that you want to cry at a glance. I, a person who has studied psychology, now has to do psychological construction frequently;

Third, don’t try to donate money as much as possible. What is missing now is supplies. Social donations should not be donated directly to the hospital as much as possible. Many materials collected by the hospital cannot be used by doctors, which is wasted. However, these materials can be handed over to the police and can be transferred through volunteers. We will re-use materials that are not available to the hospital to other places.
