Among all brands participating in the survey, Hyundai ’s luxury car brand Genesis was the first brand to be included in the survey. According to the survey, the Genesis brand ranks highest in overall vehicle reliability, ranking first with 89 points, followed by Lexus, Buick, Porsche and Toyota.
Land Rover brand at the end of the list, PP100 scored 220, well below the average; followed by Chrysler, scored 214, but has significantly improved compared to the 2019 survey.
In terms of specific models, the Lexus ES is the most reliable model. The PP100 has only 52 points, which is the best record since J.D. Power has recorded.
