Zhao Yang found that smart products such as whole-house smart home systems, smart door locks, and electric curtains with strong experience and service attributes require strong offline blessings: service providers according to the consumer ’s home decoration foundation and staff structure , Lifestyle and other factors, tailor-made intelligent solutions for consumers, and implement a series of after-sales services such as on-site installation.

So Zhao Yang believes that strong service attribute smart products will form a set of online and offline consumption processes in the future: online comparison and understanding → nearby experience store experience → service provider customization plan → service provider installation and After sales service.

By visiting the smart home experience centers across the country, Zhao Yang found that smart home terminal consumers encountered many problems: 1. Can’t figure out what smart home is, where it’s good, and their needs; 2. Don’t know where to go Where to buy, what to buy, how to choose; 3, worry about product quality, privacy, replacement, after-sales service and other issues.

Based on these pain points, Zhihejia will solve consumer questions through “platform + content”: Through the platform (website + applet), consumers can see the introduction and price of smart home products , You can also use the platform to locate the nearby experience store field experience. It is estimated that the funds will be about 8-10 million, mainly used for content construction and marketing. Zhihejia’s support target for service providers in 2020 is 2,000, initially achieving full coverage in first-, second- and third-tier cities.
