First, establish as soon as possible the intelligent monitoring, early warning, and analysis of major public health events based on big data analysis system.
Second, improve the national direct report system of infectious diseases network as soon as possible.
Third, improve the construction of compound talent teams in the public health field such as disease control centers and reform of performance incentives as soon as possible to improve the treatment of professional talents such as epidemiological investigations and emergency warning and monitoring .
Fourth, rationally adjust the architectural layout and management structure of medical institutions at all levels to more effectively respond to major public health events such as infectious diseases.
In February of this year, Ge Minghua led 172 team members to Wuhan and successively took over the critical wards of Wuhan University Zhongnan Hospital and Jinyintan Hospital.
