In the past 40 years, we have seen that the degree of automation in factories has improved a lot, and statistics show that it has increased by 70%. Today, even though many white-collar workers have computers and are using a variety of office software, we still feel that we are still very busy and doing a lot of repetitive tasks is very inefficient.
