Why does it grow tooth decay

Many friends have this experience. When I was young, I always heard my mother say that if you do n’t pay attention to oral hygiene or brush your teeth, you will get worms. But when I grow up, I brush my teeth at least twice a day, morning and evening, and also clean it very well. However, tooth decay still occurs. So why are tooth decay?

In reality, tooth decay is not to say that you do n’t pay attention to oral hygiene. In fact, there are many reasons for tooth decay. There are many diets in life. Many young people prefer sweets. Drinking beverages and eating too much sweets will cause tooth decay. Also, the composition of saliva can affect the amount of bacteria in the oral cavity.

How to prevent tooth decay?

1. When choosing toothpaste, it is best to choose fluoride toothpaste. Before brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with foam for a few minutes each time. In this way, the foam can flow between the lips and teeth and play a cleaning role. But don’t swallow it during the period, it can also strengthen the teeth.

2. Some friends brush their teeth diligently and carefully. The dirt between the teeth cannot be thoroughly cleaned, especially like the big teeth between the back of the mouth. You can easily remove dirt in the teeth.

3. Eat less sweets: Although sweets can bring joy to the mood, it can also corrode teeth. A large amount of sugar in sweets sticks to teeth, and after a long time, it will cause tooth decay.
