In the beginning, we actually launched it as an open source library of Hacker News (an information aggregation website, focusing on technology, venture capital, etc.), but it was a success. The first customers are those who hang out on Hacker News, mostly small companies. The founders were looking for ways to better test their web applications and mobile applications with analysis and tracking, and then they saw us.

First friends and family, then Howie released a beta version on Hacker News (I saw this product on Hacker News myself). Later, the most important user development mechanism was word-of-mouth “remote”.
