Zhang Xueliang’s life is full of legends. At the end of 1936, after the Xi’an Incident, Zhang Xueliang embarked on a long and tortuous road to confinement. The vicissitudes of destiny did not let the former “marshal” see through the world. On the contrary, he regarded “under house arrest” as a life lesson for self-cultivation.
   Every morning at 6 o’clock in the morning, Zhang Xueliang got up on time to go hiking. During the half-hour climbing process, he worked out a set of “laughing regimen”. He said that laughter is for longevity, and the first thing to do in the morning is to make yourself happy. If you want to be happy, you must relax your mind and don’t think about upsets. Relax your mind. First of all, you must relax. When the whole heart falls, the body will relax: no longer depressed and tense, will you laugh heartily.
   The “Laughing Health Method” has the following specific methods.
  1  Drink a glass of warm water to moisturize the mouth and throat before practice.
  2  After exhaling turbid air from the whole body, breathe in fresh air while constantly relaxing the body.
  3  slightly lifted the anus, laughed and roared at the mountains, and exhaled all the air in the body. After laughing 3 times, relax for a while, so that the whole body and mind are completely calm.
  4  began to laugh 3 times again, starting from the soles of the feet, passing through the joints of the feet, legs, buttocks, to the hands, chest, and top of the head. I imagined every cell, muscle, and nerve in the body laughing.
  5  relax the whole body, breathe slowly, and drink a glass of warm water.
