After the Black Death in the 14th century, mankind finally ushered in a global infectious disease. The Spanish flu, but in this epidemic, many governments did not recognize that this is a very threatening virus, and did not adopt corresponding policies to deal with it at the beginning. Eventually it became a global epidemic.
