New report: On the eve of car networking, car smart terminals will be the first to explode
The development of the Internet of Vehicles is about to enter the fast lane. The China Automotive Engineering Society predicts that the proportion of new car-connected sales in China will reach 80% in 2025, and the sales scale will reach 28 million. In 2030, the proportion will reach 100%, and the sales scale will reach 38 million.
The car networking system consists of four parts, the mainframe, the car T-BOX, the mobile APP and the back-end system. The vehicle T-BOX intelligent terminal is mainly used for communication between the background system and the mobile APP, and realizes the display and control of the vehicle information of the mobile APP. As an important hardware foundation of the vehicle networking, it is expected to become a standard for the connected automobile in the future.
The China Information and Communication Research Institute recently released the “In-vehicle Intelligent Terminal Market Analysis Report”. In the first half of 2018, the domestic shipment of vehicle-mounted wireless terminals was 4.71 million units, a year-on-year increase of 161.8%. Among them, the shipment of vehicle T-Box intelligent terminal equipment was 2.47 million units, an increase of 103.6% year-on-year, accounting for 52.4% of the shipments of vehicle-mounted wireless terminals during the same period.
