On March 4, Lei Jun released relevant suggestions for the Fourth Session of the 13th National People’s Congress this year on his personal WeChat account. The recommendations mainly focus on three aspects to further promote the development of my country’s smart manufacturing, use smart technology to help the elderly better integrate into digital life, and strengthen digital empowerment for the integrated development of county medicine and defense.

Lei Jun said that the current intelligent manufacturing has become a breakthrough point for China’s manufacturing and creation, and it is an important support for promoting the conversion of my country’s new and old kinetic energy and achieving high-quality development. However, the “Intelligent Manufacturing Development Index Report (2020)” shows that after evaluating more than 12,000 manufacturing companies across the country, 75% of them have begun to deploy smart manufacturing, but only 14% have entered the digital stage, and only 6% have shown obvious Network features.

He therefore believes that my country’s intelligent manufacturing is currently in the development stage of gradually shifting from “does it” to “good or bad”, and the problem of large but not strong and many but not good still exists.

In this regard, he made four specific suggestions: one is to create a planned and predictable macro policy environment to guide leading companies to better demonstrate their leading role; the other is to promote collaborative research and development of industry, academia and research, form an innovation consortium, and consolidate intelligence Basic research and development capabilities for manufacturing equipment and key components; third, continue to cultivate intelligent manufacturing service platforms, and strive to make greater breakthroughs in industrial software and smart manufacturing systems; fourth, accelerate the filling of intelligence by introducing, training, and promoting transformation Create a talent gap.

Helping the elderly to integrate into scientific and technological life is one of the recent social hotspots. Lei Jun pointed out that during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, my country’s elderly population will grow rapidly at a rate of over 10 million per year. By 2025, the population of 60 and over will Or it will exceed 300 million. At present, the “digital divide” facing the elderly in our country needs to be solved urgently.

In this regard, he suggested that digital services for the elderly should be promoted as soon as possible into the national information infrastructure construction, guide the establishment of a standard system for smart technology to adapt to The society jointly promotes the promotion of smart technology suitable for the elderly.

In the medical field, Lei Jun believes that after the outbreak of the new crown in 2020, county-level hospitals across the country have undertaken arduous tasks. At the same time, this major public health emergency also reflects that the current county-level primary medical system still has room for improvement. For example, the degree of digitalization and informatization needs to be strengthened, the efficiency of early warning and dispatching can be further improved, and the distribution of medical resources urgently needs to be balanced.

So on the issue of county medical defense digitalization, he said that the interconnection and sharing of county medical defense data should be promoted to achieve full coverage; to encourage the use of cutting-edge digital technology to strengthen medical data analysis and application; at the same time to strengthen county medical information investmentAnd talent building.
