On the evening of March 31, the official website of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources announced the official listing of the first batch of land supply in Tianjin’s “Two Concentrations”, which will be listed from April 20, 2021 to May 14, 2021.
According to the contents of the document, Tianjin plans to divide three batches of listed land in March, June and September in 2021. Tianjin will list 58 residential land in a centralized manner, and the land is planned to be sold. The total area is about 3.755 million square meters, and the starting price is about 50.29 billion yuan. The land parcels listed this time are distributed throughout the urban area, city ring, coastal and outer suburbs.
Among them, there are a total of 6 plots listed in the six districts of the city, namely the Hongqiao Baochunli plot, the BE plot of Dongxing Manufacturing Plant in Hedong, and the 609 Mat Factory in Hebei The plots, Nankai Xinyuli shed conversion plots, Nankai Tiantuo Phase II plots, and F11F12 plots in Chentang Science and Technology Business District, Hexi District are packed.
The four districts around the city have the largest number of listings/volumes. Among them, Beichen listed 10 plots, distributed in Liuyuan, Nancang Road, core area, Shuangqing, Qingguang, Xiaodian, Science and Technology Park and other sectors. Toray listed 7 plots, involving Chenglin, Jinzhong, Huaming and other sectors. There are 6 plots listed in Jinnan, located in Xinzhuang and Haihe Education Park. Xiqing has listed 7 plots, distributed in Meijiang, Shuixi, Dasi, Zhangjiawo and other areas. Eight plots of land were listed in the Binhai New Area, from the airport, the Central Business District Xiangluo Bay, Tanggu Bay, and the high-tech zone Bolong Lake.
15 parcels of land are listed in the outer suburbs. Among them, Baodi has the most, with 5 listings, mainly located in Baodi City. There are 4 parcels listed in Wuqing, which are located in Wuqing City and Nanhu area. Jinghai listed 2 parcels of land, all located in the east area of Tuanbo New City. Jizhou listed 3 parcels of land, distributed in Jizhou New Town and the main urban area. Ninghe listed 1 case, located in Qiaobei New District.
