One, basic situation

Panggezhuang Town is located in the south of Beijing, in the middle of Daxing District. The current population of Pangezhuang Town is about 73,000, and the planned population is about 65,000. The town has the comprehensive advantages of industrial development, urban and rural construction, social governance and people’s livelihood security. It has rich advantages in modern agriculture and leisure tourism resources, and the quality of tourism travel is high. Beijing Metro Line 4 is the skeleton line in the north-south direction of the current subway network.
