The Labor Law clearly states that this matter of “overtime work” is: “When a company violates laws and regulations to force workers to extend their working hours, workers have the right to refuse.”

Look, you can choose to refuse.

The question is, do you have the courage to choose to refuse?

In addition, what is mandatory for “mandatory”? To what extent is it mandatory? Is there a level of compulsory? Still no difference? These things, even if they are a lawyer, may not give you an accurate answer.

Article 41 of the Labor Law also stipulates: “If an employer needs to extend working hours due to special reasons, it shall not extend the working time for more than 3 hours per day under the conditions of ensuring the health of all laborers. But no more than 36 hours a month.”
