In September 2019, 879 new villas were added in Beijing, up 96% from the previous month; 329 sets were sold, up 1% from the previous month; the transaction area was 100.45 m2, up 10% from the previous month; the average transaction price was 53680 yuan/m2. The chain increased by 7%; the turnover was 5.607 billion yuan, up 18% from the previous month; the current stock was 12030 sets.
