In the long-rental apartment industry headquarters competing for IPO, another brand in the industry fell.
According to Zinc Finance, on October 3, Henan Yueru Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yueru Apartment”) issued a notice on its official public number. The notice mentioned that “the main reason for the changes in the market, the lack of self-organization and the ability to operate, and the fact that the company has invested heavily in the renovation and deployment of more than 1,600 apartments faces enormous operational and financial pressures. The original shareholders and management of the company have done their best. Efforts to actively save themselves through various channels, but they have no obvious effect. At present, they are unable to maintain the normal operation of the company and accept mergers and acquisitions.”

At the same time, this notice also stated that in September 2019, Zhengzhou Bisongdamei Apartment Management Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Zhengzhou Chuangshi Real Estate Marketing Strategy Co., Ltd.) has acquired M&A in Yueru Apartment. Reorganized, all the shares have been transferred to the other party, and the relevant equity transfer and employee business change procedures have been carried out. After the full change agreement takes effect, the company’s operation management and property management are all the responsibility of the purchaser.
