Some people say that the older the programmer is, the less valuable it is. I think every industry has its own problems. The older the doctor is, the more valuable it is, but it will take most of the life to climb, not everyone can bear it.

In this industry for 4 years, the 35-year-old anxiety is fired every year, as if a 35-year-old programmer would not have to live.
But the real situation is not the case.
In my own case, because the time of entry is limited, my current thinking is to hope that I can continue to exercise in my business, and I am able to get the ability to bring a team at the age of 35, not just the first-line work. This is not to say that frontline work is not important, there is still a lot of work that requires more complicated energy to solve. Let’s take a step back, no matter what industry, if you have been in the field for many years, then basically you are not a little advanced.
When I first joined the work, I got a tool, built a framework, and learned a language. But I will definitely not think so in the future. Just like every big project, the most decided people use what framework, what language, and what tools, which determines the starting point of the whole project. If the chair is set up, there will be a lot of things to save in the back. If it is not set up, there will be more troubles in the back. It will be a waste of time and energy.
So slowly accumulate this kind of experience when working in the first line, and finally have this ability. This is more important than simply writing code. Everyone can write code, but not everyone can make important judgments on important things.
There is no such thing as eating youthful food in this industry. My 40-year-old programmer friend also jumped from Baidu to Ali. The key is that 40 years old will be 40 years old to do the work, 35 years old will be 35 years old to do the work, you can not 35 years old still doing 30 years old work.
The company must be a programmer who is over 35 years old, but certainly not a 35-year-old frontline staff.
