China Mobile is divided into three basic speed grades: basic, excellent and fast. The Internet speed of 5G basic services is limited to 300Mbps, the speed of access to the Internet is limited to 500Mbps, and the speed of fast service is up to 1Gbps.

In terms of specific tariffs, China Mobile’s 5G package is divided into five grades, namely, 128 yuan, 198 yuan for 5G premium service, and 298 yuan, 398 yuan, and 598 yuan for 5G speed service, of which 128 yuan start package includes 30GB of traffic, 200 minutes of voice calls, the highest tariff standard of 598 yuan package includes 300GB of traffic and 3000 minutes of voice calls.
The difference between China Telecom’s package and 4G package is not big, it is also starting from 129 yuan, including 5 tariffs, the most expensive is 299 yuan. The minimum tariff is 129 yuan, the internal traffic is 30GB, including 500 minutes of calls, the maximum 299 yuan of internal traffic is 100GB, including 1500 minutes of calls, only 299 yuan can enjoy the highest 1Gbps peak rate.
China Unicom’s 5G package has two grades from 129 yuan to 599 yuan, of which the lowest 129 yuan set of internal traffic 30GB, including 500 minutes of calls, the highest 599 yuan set of internal traffic 300GB, including 3000 minutes of calls. In terms of discount strength, China Mobile’s 5G package has a net discount of 5 years and above for 5 years and a discount of 20% for less than 5 years. China Telecom and China Unicom have respectively lowered the threshold of 30% to three years.

On November 1, the three major operators will officially launch the 5G commercial package.
In the face of the upcoming 5G, the pressure on the three major operators to build 5G networks is not small.
In the first half of this year’s earnings report, China Mobile said that the investment in 5G construction in 2019 will reach 24 billion yuan, while China Unicom and China Telecom chose to “catch the group to warm up” and announced the establishment of a 5G network. At the financial report conference at the beginning of the year, China Mobile said it would prudently invest in 5G and invest 60 to 8 billion yuan in 2019. According to the latest news, as of now, 5G base stations in Beijing have built a total of 13014 5G base stations and 10829 5G base stations. At the 6th World Internet Conference, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and other cities have achieved 5G network coverage. It is estimated that more than 130,000 5G base stations will be opened nationwide by the end of the year.
