Lighten the “bitter business”

In the early days of the venture, Zhang Bing was a real “light pole commander.”

Zhang Bing spent a lot of time thinking about “how to make business light.” More than ten years of experience in the logistics industry have given Zhang Bing some inspiration. “At that time, many express companies, the core is the operation in the warehouse. The experience of dealing with couriers and drivers many years ago told him that if you want to build a transportation and home delivery system, it will increase the burden on the company and even the management; the resources of the refrigerated truck are not as good as others think. Lack of reason, Zhang Bing believes that “this is just information is not equal”;The library, buying land and opening a warehouse is even more difficult for start-ups.

Thinking for a long time, Zhang Bing finally has the answer that can answer the investors’ doubts. Since no one in the market has managed and operated the B to C fresh warehouse, it is the starting point. The form of the lease transforms the warehouse and is accompanied by a refined operation within the warehouse. As for the transportation and home delivery systems, they are all done by integrating social resources. Asked why he was determined in this direction, Zhang Bing said that he firmly believed in his judgment as a veteran of logistics.

After determining the idea, Zhang Bing quickly started the team building.

System and big data are the focus of the operation in the warehouse. Nine Trolling needs to develop an IT system, connect with the e-commerce platform, and also connect with customers, and help manage the warehouse.

Zhang Bing does not like the title of “unicorn”. But when he saw his company appear on the “Quasi-Unicorn” list, Zhang Bing looked a bit too calm, even “unhappy.”

As of today, Nine Troll has been working in the fresh supply chain for five years. At this time, it has become the largest fresh warehousing operator in China with a focus on B to C. Zhang Bing, born in 1981, said in his interview that he felt that his mentality was pragmatic and hard.
