Work for your resume, not for the boss.

“No matter how long the company can last, the resume accompanying us will stay with us.”
Simple and straightforward two sentences tell us what it means to work:
Do not work with the idea of working for the boss, but to work for yourself.
Today, I want to talk to you about the thinking at work.
Want to negotiate with the boss, you have to work with growth thinking
When the bosses look at their resumes, they don’t see how much experience they have, but how much gold they have in their resumes;
The meaningful part-time process is a process in which your resume is gradually enriched and the amount of gold is increasing.
The typical working thinking is how much money the boss gives, and how much power the boss gives; if the boss does not give more money, he will not contribute much.
This seems fair and reasonable, but if you only work with this kind of thinking, most people will fall into the infinite loop of day after day.
The end of the infinite loop will not be as simple as encountering a professional bottleneck. The most frightening thing is that the time for those working has been lost, and they can no longer return, but they find that they still have nothing to gain and nothing to do.
I certainly don’t stand in the boss’s point of view to brainwash employees, but I think that after so many years, I have seen a variety of migrant workers:
Those who can solve their own work responsibilities and who can find ways to break through and re-examine themselves are always working with growing thinking.
The result of these people is often, either a promotion or a salary increase; or a glorious resume, to a better company unit; betterThose who start their own businesses and stand alone.
Learning thinking needs to be, but don’t say that you are coming to study
When I interviewed new people, including my knowledge of some senior executives, the most disgusting thing I heard was-
“I came to learn.”
It may be a bit too much for me to say this, but it is all true.
Any unit, any boss knows that he needs to spend some time and energy on a new person. Of course, newcomers must also be in new positions to learn new things.
However, I believe that every boss or supervisor wants newcomers to get started as fast as possible;
You can spend your energy and time on things that create value more, not on the cultivation of new people;
Second to the company is a profit-making unit, not a welfare institution, no obligation to help new people grow, but to let new people grow quickly to create value for the company.
So, of course, the migrant workers must do their job well with the mentality and thinking of learning, but only learning and not using what they have learned to work, when the boss’s estimate is somewhat guilty;
After all, the people who recruited, but the cost of their own funds, the funds have not been realized, is this not a panic?
Any worker must have a learning mindset, but don’t forget that you are working, creating value, not costing people.
Don’t mind fighting hard, because the final resources may not be given to the boss
We most often hear complaints from migrant workers:
“Don’t work hard to become a dog, but the resources that are ultimately accumulated are not given to the boss? Why?”
There is of course a situation in which this kind of hard work will eventually give the boss, and it will still exist for a long time in your career.
But some places may be overlooked. When our ability is not yet in place, what we can do is to work hard.
After all, resources and opportunities are often given by the boss, by the company, and by the platform, rather than by themselves;
But when your ability to harness the resources of your company rather than relying on it, the situation will change completely:
You can still continue to work hard, or you can talk to your boss about changing the spelling;
Even if you can’t talk, you can leave it hard, and the customer’s trust in you is still half-hearted.
The resources and connections that you have accumulated on your own, and the boss wants to get it back, may not be able to do it.
Some people will still say, 996 is too bitter, so there is no life to say, it is not good for the body, is it worth it?

You have to admit that 996 has become the norm for our work.
In the latest report released by Zhaopin, it is said that 80% white-collar overtime is the norm, and there is no such thing as overtime pay.
It’s really a bad unit, you can wave Say directly by the way; but it’s still a good thing, and in most cases we will choose to stick.
Working for your resume requires a long-lasting battle that requires physical strength and a healthy mind.
I have seen a lot of news about dying, and I have seen many people who have been working overtime and crying for many days. I personally don’t want this situation to appear on my colleagues.
Some jobs are really not complete, but there is no need to be too arrogant in the arrangement. There is nothing in this world that is perfect. Like me to write an article, every tweet that I meet with everyone is changed.
As long as you feel that you have done the best in a period of time, leave room for fermentation verification and let yourself catch your breath.
It will take a break to work better. This is the life creed I insist on.
