1. As a senior professional woman, what advice do you have for women’s growth, what have you done for this?
(I am thinking) How can I help a professional woman to plan her career for the next 30 years? This is an idea to break the ceiling of a transparent glass.
I founded an organization called DDWN (DiDi Women’s Network) in DDT nearly four years ago. You think it’s a bit extravagant to set up an Internet company that is struggling with the survival line.
Because I was originally in the investment bank, there is indeed a clear perception: no matter how strong or weak your ability is, you always feel that your career is half-hearted and suddenly pauses in the middle. You talked about love, got married, gave birth to a child, and then what? There will be a strong sense of anxiety and insecurity. Therefore, most of the girls I have talked about will only say what I plan to do in the next five years. She will not say how I will be in the next 30 years. But you have to talk to a guy who will really talk to you about the next 30 years.
I can almost pack tickets. Basically, most girls are still a few free and easy.Most girls still have to think about these issues. I really feel a bit unequal at this point. She is paying for the family. She is not saying that she is meeting some of her personal needs and saying, “Play crazy, then not intend to work.” This is not the case. I feel very sorry and a pity.
2. Business is basically a man-dominated world. How strong is your female self-consciousness?
I don’t think about this issue from the perspective of male and female. For example, I don’t particularly agree with the labeling of people. Many girls put a label on themselves and said, “I am a woman.” Why do I want to stick a woman? Strong ability is strong ability, not a woman. Or, a workaholic is a workaholic, and she is not a woman.
Of course, it is possible that my own eyes are different from those in others’ eyes. Maybe you see that I am very feminine, I don’t know, but I have never felt this way in my heart. I think everyone is normal. Some women are gentle, some women are sunny or just some. Everyone has their own different status. I believe that I also have a softer side, but I also have a more rigid side, and then I am more brave. On the one side, there is also a relatively fragile and cowardly side… different states are different.
So I really don’t think about it from this angle.
3. The importance of work for women?
I think work is a good thing for women. why? Because there is a higher probability of being frustrated at work – of course, at home, I know that many women are also at home.
Of course, I don’t think it’s necessary to work, and find a way to make yourself comfortable, right? I think independence is still very important, but I also envy many people.
I feel as if I can still find an inner independence.
4. Do you feel unbalanced between the roles of “president” and “mother”?
I am not a well-balanced person many times, just like you see us in this state, everyone can feel it. Really can’t talk about balance well, absolutely not elegant, and then often feel guilty.
This is another experience for me. The guilty feelings of the child will make you sometimes not enjoy the process of being with them. In the limited time (with them), I am still groping today – definitely not to share experiences – constantly polishing a family that fits our family, and everyone can be close and able to help A mode to them and also help me.
5. What is the growth of “becoming a mother”?
After I gave birth to a child, there was still a metamorphosis. I feel that the extension of your character will be fully extended and fully opened. Today, I feel that my heart is still a girl, or I have a heart, and I am more brave.
For example, I felt a lot embarrassed about many things, but after you have a baby, for example, on a business trip, especially when I have twins, I have to breastfeed. Every time I got on the plane, we had a pump and pumped it with a pump. For short-haul flights, I usually went to the bathroom to pump it. After the pump was finished, it was saved. Then bring the ice, and then every time you go through the security check, you have to talk to others, everyone understands.
I once went to the United States, long distance, and then the plane was particularly upside down. In fact, I have a lot of timid times, that is, sitting on a plane, I am nervous, I can’t pump.
I am sitting next door to a colleague, a boy, a tall one, and a good colleague when you enter the investment bank. Because there was a black light at that time, I said, I might need to do an action. I said that I would cover the blanket. I might have to pump a milk.
The first reaction he made at the time was, why didn’t you go to the toilet to pump? It is this kind of reaction that he feels is a natural problem. Then I was crying at the time, it was full of grievances, full of embarrassment, a bit shy, all kinds of feelings come. The boy immediately scared: “You are pumping here, pumping here. I can go to the toilet, you need it.” (Liu Qing recalled this experience and smiled very calmly throughout the process.) p>
In this experience, I think every girl may have experienced some. Then you will have a little more humor on many things. You feel very embarrassed. Later, you will have more sense of humor, and you may have a more perspective on understanding human nature.
This kind of thing I believe that all the women in the workplace have experienced it more or less. I think the extension of personality will come out. So our slogan is: Be great, Be you. 6. How do you communicate with your child?
My children are not big, they are 10 years old, 9 years old, 9 years old. For my children, I said that you still have to be independent, because both parents can’t say that if you are financially supportive after you are older, you have to rely on yourself.
Relatively speaking, I still hope that we have an equality – you say that equality is actually not quite equal. But I think they still have a lot of wisdom and wisdom.
For example, at the beginning of the year, they will get a lot of pocket money from grandparents and grandfathers, and they should instill in them the concept of financial management. I watched “Poor Dad and Rich Dad”, and then I was on the whim. I said that the money was placed here. Then everyone got a small drawer, a key, got a book to remember, and said that all the money must be From here, to buy gifts for classmates, to buy clothes, lost schoolbags, lost books, you have to spend money to buy.
Because we live in Shunyi, there is a GAP over there, I buy clothes every time to go to GAP, and since they have this (regular), they don’t buy it, then they all say, “Wow, 200 bucks, too Expensive, don’t buy it!” I said: “Fortunately, GAP is relatively good.” But I don’t want to buy it. Later, I was a little anxious, because it still has to be long, but I don’t. It is good to break your own rules. I said, this way, today’s big bargain, buy one get one free, you buy me. Then they can be a chicken thief, and they all want to buy a discount, about twenty or thirty dollars, and then let me send a big one. But my son, Even so, in this case, he will not let me send, he said, then your money is also money, don’t send it.
Return to my concept, this generation of young people, of course, they (children) are small young people, because their vision, their vision, their information is not necessarily worse than you. Their point of view is to break the authority of their parents early.
7. What do you think before you decide to announce your breast cancer and divorce news? Why must I publish it?
My relationship with him is actually very good. It is a friend, a family member, and a parent. To be honest, when this matter is decided, we will talk to the children, that is to say, there is such a thing, but we will all be there.
Because after all, it’s been a long time apart. There are a lot of people who will ask how many activities don’t show up, and why aren’t the various parties? In this case, there will be a lot of attention, because if you don’t discuss it, you will be rashly and rashly speaking, and you will not respect it. So we both discussed it, or said otherwise? So just say it. Said it will be said.
I think there is still a lot of support. In the whole process, everyone’s definition of the size of a thing may not be the same. For some people, this may be a very big thing. For some people, this is a natural occurrence. We still retain respect and goodwill to each other.
As for why I decided to announce my illness at the time, I feel that I have always been straightforward.
For example, I was sick at the time, because at that time I still had a lot of work calls every day, the team was looking for me, the partners were looking for me, all kinds of calls. Then you suddenly disappeared. For a startup, do people think you are running? (laugh) How are you doing? What is the survival crisis for the company? Everyone will think that what happened to the drop will make you feel less responsible.
But you said that I made a reason to say that there is a request for business. This is not honest, it is getting harder and harder to lie behind you.
And I think it’s a bit too much to say what everyone is saying and not talking about. The original tradition is that what should be said and what should not be said, I do not think so much in these areas. I understand it if I understand it, because we are like this. But many students don’t understand, it doesn’t matter, because it’s not so important to his life, right? But it is more important to my life, so I will tell it. I still think that it is good for me today, that is, I have no cost to explain.
At that time, I added the drip for about 15 months. I was treated for two months, then I took a rest for a month, two or three months.
It’s true for a business, you think, as a startup, we always think it’s a lanternThe sample is running forward, the intensity of the work is there, and then it needs to come back. On the other hand, I feel that my team has also given me a lot of spiritual support. Because it is a relatively sudden process, I didn’t know it was bad. So, I think it’s true that all women still have to pay attention to their health, and health is the number one. Let’s talk about it here and say how to be a professional woman, but, Besides life and death, others are scratches. Still have to be physically first.
8. How do you define a successful life?
If you are a girl, you have a good day, raise your child at home, and then have a good relationship – or have no good feelings, and then seriously to your family, you are very happy . But I think there are some preconditions, that is, relatively speaking, you have created some value.
As for me, what is a successful life? I tried to explain it –
It’s just when a baby is just born. In fact, his emotions are not perfect. He may have only a few emotions. There is anger. We have all seen it, and then there is happiness. Maybe other things like compassion and shame, these are not. The process of life is a process of constantly opening up your sensory system.
I feel that the successful life is that after you have experienced countless things, when you reach the end, your sensory system opens more than others. In the end, you are a person who is more sensitive than others in all aspects. On the one hand, you are sad and sorrowful, but on the one hand you have a blunt feeling, you know that you have to make the right and difficult choice.
Life is still colorful, very different, it is sour and bitter, you must be a person driven by adversity or frustration, otherwise you can’t have a colorful life. Some people have a particularly high starting point and then go downhill from this life.
Today we are talking about our drivers and our passengers. Our employees have encountered once and for all setbacks, and each setback is a process of breaking down, breaking back, breaking and then returning.
When there are preconditions, let’s say that life is actually colorful. But if life is like this – you can’t stand the frustrationIt is said that there is a glass heart. In this case, you are very difficult.
Besides life and death, it is a bruise. When I was sick, I said that the impact on me was not that big, it was really not that big. There is indeed a little bit, what should I do? This is the case. A little bit anxious, a bit regrettable, a little scared, of course, there is still a little fear: to face death? But far from last year (Drips and Windmills) this thing has been a big blow to the individual, far from it. After all, everyone has a sense of guilt.
You are not the ostrich hiding in the desert – because it is a heavy blow to me, then I am hiding, and I will never see the world again, and then give up.
This is not at least my attitude towards life.
