Hello everyone! This is Ye Qinkang, and I have been here for about 7 years. In 7 years, I went from a dozen entrepreneurs to a time ago when we landed on NASDAQ in the United States. Looking back on these 7 years, I still feel very sad.
I started this contest mainly to talk about my original intention of doing the contest: I find it difficult to start a business . Because I know a lot of CEOs, it is very difficult to start a business, especially in this environment. When we were doing the roadshow, the audience was full, and today there are only a quarter of them. (And precisely because) The path for entrepreneurs is very difficult. At this time, we should stand up and help those who have dreams and persist in their dreams. “Go help them”, this is our first intention.
The second original intention was because I felt that The company is big, but we are far away from entrepreneurs . In the early days, we had at least 1,000 entrepreneurial roadshows, including our makerspace in 2014. We recruited 1,000 projects and finally passed 15 projects. It was really exciting at that time. But now that the company is big and far away from the entrepreneurs, I hope the contest can enter you. Because only when we walk into you, we know what your needs are now, understand your needs, and we can better serve you.
The third original intention is because There are many resources to serve you . Let me introduce them one by one.
First is our start-ups. The early slogan was “ Follow Internet entrepreneurship “. At that time, not many people paid attention to these small businesses, but we paid attention. We help these companies make financing online and offline through reports and road shows. We are basicThere will be a roadshow every month because we are rooted in the startup community. We emphasize the startup database. Naturally, we have a close relationship with investment institutions-because investment institutions want to find new investment goals.
Over time, New economy companies have emerged. They are also the companies we paid attention to early on: for example, today ’s headlines we see every day, such as Didi we use every day Taxi, Xiaomi, and Meituan. They have all grown into Internet giants, and they have become big new economy companies. They are all changing our lives. At the same time, I think they are also the future of the Chinese economy. These companies walked from the backstage to the front desk and came into the public eye, bringing a lot of head people-because they also paid attention to these new economy big companies, and were curious about the new economy, technology, and business.
At this point in time, something interesting has appeared, and traditional companies are also following us . The first time we received a request from a large international company, there were three requirements in the email. They wanted to detect the hair quality, and wanted to know whether the hair on the C side of the user was dry or oily. They want to solve this need, but they don’t know who can solve it, but we know who can solve it. They want to know what Chinese innovation companies are doing. So at that time, we quietly helped these big companies realize their innovation needs.
Next is Local government , which is what we did last year. Local governments have two major needs: procurement and investment promotion. We did 8 activities with the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission this year, and each activity was very vertical, including education, security, big data, and artificial intelligence. We put the most core items in the activity, and the government invited the people responsible for procurement in each department, that is, the “people with money.” On the spot we facilitated many large orders. The local stations will meet the needs of local governments, as well as their needs for investment, and we will bring entrepreneurs more policies they want.
Based on these, I have the confidence to do the competition.
I emphasize the purpose of the contest: “Mining 1% of entrepreneurial star species” . We have our own database, we follow the company’s dynamics in real time, and our author will select 10% of high-quality companies to report, but is it just a report?
