It has two products, “AI Talented Recruiter” and “AI Cat Thirsty Simulation Interview”. AI technology solves the pain points of high cost and long process of traditional enterprise recruitment management.

AI Recruiter is an artificial intelligence interview product. It was launched in July 2019. The system includes job posting, resume management, interview process query, AI interview and other functions. According to reports, the AI ​​recruiter is the third-generation system of AI all-round interviewer “Molly”, which was launched in February 2018 and is China’s first AI interviewing SaaS platform.

In the AI ​​interview section, after receiving the interview password sent by HR, the candidate can log in to the interview through the AI ​​recruiter website or mini program. The interview adopts the methods of structured interview and scenario-based interview to examine the candidate’s cognitive ability, leadership, and competence. The system collects information through semantic recognition, facial expression recognition and voice recognition algorithms, and outputs score reports to candidates based on the competency model. Finally, the interview video is translated into text and transmitted to the employer along with the video and report.

Jinyu smart interview questions can be customized according to the specific job requirements of the company. The specific test types are Talent DNA test and cognitive ability test. The Talent DNA test consists of five open-ended questions that examine candidate leadership potential. The cognitive ability test is designed to test the candidate’s ability to express words, abstract thinking ability, reaction speed, spatial recognition ability, etc. The types of questions include mathematical reasoning, memory span, intelligence test, etc.

Another product, AI Cat Thirst Simulation Interview, uses AI algorithms to analyze job applicants ’expressions, sounds, and competencies in detail, and provide feedback to job applicants to help them improve their interview level.

At present, Jinyu Smart has reached cooperation with Kohler China, American Cuisine, Akaso Foreign Education Network, etc. In August 2019, Jinyu Technology joined the Chinese Information Society of China and the Chinese Institute of Artificial Intelligence.

According to industry sources, the AI ​​Dexian model is more like a candidate management system (ATS) with an artificial intelligence interview function.
