There is no secret at all. If there is, it is to cut everything that can be cut off and outsource everything that can be outsourced. Try to do everything yourself. The office location should be as cheap as possible. .

Early this year, the company successively cut from 14 people to only 4 people now. All business was cut, keeping the most basic configuration, one medium, one finance, one copy editor, and me.
