“It is true to get approval. Whether Nongfu Spring is involved in illegal operations is still inconclusive.”

“It’s boring to avoid it without talking or avoiding it.” This is Qiang Wen’s comment on his Weibo on January 13th at 3:30 in the Weibo on a survey report on the destruction of Wuyishan National Park forest area by Nongfu Spring .

On January 11th, Qiang Wen broke the news on Weibo that Nongfu Spring had illegally excavated an access road in Wuyishan National Park to destroy trees, and was accompanied by videos and pictures of a large excavator working at night.

On January 12, Nongfu Springs reported to the interface news that this was a dispute with a travel company. Nongfu Springs operated locally after obtaining approval and is a legal compliance act. On the evening of the same day, the WeChat public account “Wuyishan National Park” released an investigation report on “public suspected Nongfu Springs destroyed the Wuyishan National Park forest area in the night”, saying that the behavior of Nongfushan Quan Wuyishan Company did not destroy the forest. The details of the Nongfu Springs water intake project are marked with the location of the Nongfu Springs water intake point and road development in the picture.

But the reporter Qiang Wen did not agree with this conclusion.

She questioned on Weibo, “For construction purposes, Nongfu Spring uses a large amount of cement and other raw materials to cross the national park of nearly 2 kilometers with trucks. Is the construction vehicle approved? Is there any procedure? The original project EIA mentioned Is it possible that the lack of environmental protection evaluation is in such a sensitive area, how to monitor it?

Interface News contacted Qiang Wen, and she provided a document to the Wuyishan Environmental Protection Bureau. The document shows that Nongfu Mountain Spring Wuyishan Company started construction in the Da’anyuan Ecological Tourism Zone of Wuyi Mountain since the second half of 2018, and Nongfu Mountain Spring (Wuyishan, Fujian) The fact that Drinking Water Co., Ltd. deforested and cut trees has been reported to the local forestry department and forest police.

The Wuyishan Forestry Bureau has clearly confirmed that Nongfushan Spring has not obtained any approval procedures for using forest land and has not obtained a tree felling permit.

In addition, Qiang Wen stated that Nongfushan Quanyi Wuyishan Company seriously violated the “EIA Law”, the actual construction did not match the EIA design, and the location of the construction access road was changed without authorization.

She stated that according to the “Environmental Assessment Report Form” of the project of the local environmental protection bureau, on page 38 it was clearly written: “The construction access road shall be excavated along the edge of the embankment to fill a construction road with a width of 4.5 to 5 meters. 50cm above the water surface for machinery to enter the construction site. ”

But Nongfu Spring violated the rules in this report.

In fact, the construction party did not build a construction road 50cm above the water surface along the edge of the river embankment, but directly in the mountain forest covered with trees, destroyed the forest with an excavator and opened the road. , Yellow mud road 5 meters to 6 meters wide.
