The “China Cloud Computing Talent Demand Insights 2019 White Paper” released by iResearch shows that enterprises’ demand for cloud computing talent continues to increase. In April 2019, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs officially released 13 new occupations to the society, of which 6 positions were directly related to cloud computing and related fields.

At present, a large number of companies with talent needs in the four fields of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things are concentrated in first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Secondly, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Nanjing and other new first-tier cities have higher demand for talents in cloud computing related fields. In addition, the average monthly salary of talents in the field of cloud computing is more than 10,000 yuan, accounting for 93.7%, and the proportion of more than 30,000 yuan is 24.7%, which also reflects the market’s demand for cloud computing technical talents.
