The Bureau of Closing the City —— The whole country is discolored by hearing about Wuhan, and the world is shocked when it talks about China. The wind of evacuation is intensifying and traffic is stagnant. Early and accurate detection of all those who need it is urgent for cities and countries to break the situation.

At present, accurate qRT-PCR nucleic acid detection is an important diagnostic basis for clinical diagnosis, release from isolation, and rehabilitation and discharge [1], and it is also a basis for judging the release of contacts from contacts.

High-throughput gene sequencing is the most accurate and reliable way to make viruses “prototype” and the only way to dynamically track virus mutations. Antibody level testing is a necessary method to assess the infection rate and recovery of the population.
