On February 1, Time China issued an announcement on the official Weibo. In order to combat the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, Time China announced that it will donate another 13 million yuan in funds and medical supplies through the Time Foundation to help prevent and control the epidemic.
On January 31, 2020, Time China decided to donate 12 million yuan to the Guangdong Provincial Health and Health Committee, of which 7 million yuan was used to further support the epidemic prevention and control in Guangdong Province; 5 million yuan was used to purchase globally Approved high-quality medical masks, splash-proof goggles, professional isolation protective clothing and other medical supplies and put them into the front line of epidemic prevention.
At the same time, donate 1 million yuan to the Red Cross Society of China for targeted use by the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences for epidemic prevention and purchase of medical supplies.
Previously, Time China donated 3 million yuan to aid Wuhan on January 25, and the donation was dedicated to the procurement of medical equipment and materials by medical institutions designated to treat the new coronavirus.
So far, Time China has donated a total of 16 million yuan in funds and medical supplies through the Time Foundation to continue to help prevent and control the epidemic.
