I was thinking, how did I start doing this? This is not the purpose of my resignation and entrepreneurship. I want to be an institution that empowers everyone to make a good brand and learn new marketing.
I was a blogger for a while, and my vanity became more and more serious. I really took myself seriously.

At that time, I deeply reflected that not all traffic was the traffic I needed. Although it is easier to attract fans in the workplace, women, and personal experiences, my original intention and purpose is not to become such a blogger. So I chose to give up.
Since August, I have started an industry summit. I have rejected all customers who need my personal advertising and introduced them to friends. I decided that my article should be professional and professional. Ability to make money.
Workplace sharing can still be written, but workplace sharing is only for hobbies and not for business purposes.

2. At the beginning, he dared not spend money on recruiting high-quality matching talents, and paid too much attention to human effectiveness, which led to a vicious circle. Find a powerful and trusted partner, who has defeated 50 people.
When it comes to entrepreneurship, although I have raised financing, I have always wanted to tell myself that I should start my own business without pennies. Don’t frantically recruit people. Instead, look at the unit economic cost.
So I have been profitable from the first month. (Actually a mistake)
At the beginning, it was relatively easy to recruit people. There were only 3 full-time employees and 1-2 internships. We almost maintained the appearance of 4-5 people until July-August. (It ’s the awakening period I mentioned above)

At that time, I decided that we must first recruit people, recruit good talents, and cultivate a high-quality team for the later stage in order to run.

I don’t want to make my business into a small studio. How can I achieve my ideal?
After thinking about it at that time, I finally started to search for partners. I know that what I am missing is a partner with whom I can complement each other and recruit more heroes to join us.
Since this cognitive barrier has been broken, things have really changed. Business has begun to grow rapidly. With each recruit, the income has increased a lot, but the profits have also become higher and higher.
While hiring and optimizing quickly, people who can’t keep up will naturally leave, and then move on until they find the right people.

But what happened? Some of my teammates couldn’t stand it and offered to resign, telling me that I felt my mind was changing and unstable all day.
I was vomiting blood at the time, didn’t I just find directions together and iterate quickly at the beginning of my business?
I later discovered that the reason they feel this way is because not everyone is suitable for startups, not everyone likes to embrace change, and many people like stability, and one thing slowly from beginning to end Polishing is fine.
Also, as a boss, I instilled in them so many thoughts that I was still thinking, but gave them a lot of insecurity. They are the bosses in need, a reassurance pill, and a pacific needle.

After listening to this kind of opinion, I will be very anxious at the beginning, ah yeah, my article is not style, it is too dry, only write methodologies, and the reading volume is only 20,000.
At that time, I was learning from others. I would learn the style of this house and the other one. I disassembled and restructured all the good articles in the market. After studying for a long time, I just can’t find myself.
I thought for a while, after I went to him, I love to write and write! So don’t worry about anything, write first. It was written that when we reviewed at the end of the year, we found our own style, found that we could see blood for a while, and we could say very complicated theories very simply. So I immediately output my content writing into a templateable SOP.
Increasingly, we have received a lot of payments from brands that want us to analyze their marketing and business. They do n’t require any diversion. They just want us to analyze. 4. Lost, looking at what others want in their bowls, jealous, and forgetting that what they want is what nobody else wants. Quiet and ask yourself, ask those around you who support you, you will find the original intention and direction.

5. As soon as I was busy, I forgot that employees are the core assets in the early days of entrepreneurship. It is better to spend time talking to them when taking time to allocate work. Keeping their hearts is more important than anything.
At the end of last year, my saddest thing was that a child I had taken for a year chose to resign. I spent a lot of time on her with my heart, and also mentioned her on various occasions, but people still had to leave. Don’t tell me directly when you leave. I have a feeling of being dumped.
Employees are leaving, either money is not available or they are heartbroken. I believe my money is in place, it must be a heartache.
