The prohibited and restricted plastic products covered by the “Opinions” include non-degradable plastic bags, non-degradable disposable plastic tableware, disposable plastic supplies for hotels and hotels, express plastic packaging Wait. Among them, non-degradable disposable plastics banned in catering services include meal boxes (including lids), bowls (including lids), cups (including lids), plates, dishes, knives, forks, spoons, etc., but the above regulations are limited to dining halls Food service, except food and beverage package delivery service.

The “Opinions” issued at that time proposed specific timetables and categories for prohibiting and restricting the production, sale and use of some plastic products:
Prohibited production and sale of plastic products: Prohibition of the production and sale of ultra-thin plastic shopping bags with a thickness of less than 0.025 mm and polyethylene agricultural mulch with a thickness of less than 0.01 mm. It is prohibited to manufacture medical products from medical waste. The import of waste plastics is completely banned. By the end of 2020, the production and sale of disposable foam plastic tableware and disposable plastic cotton swabs are prohibited; the production of daily chemical products containing plastic beads is prohibited. Prohibited and restricted use of plastic products:
1. Non-degradable plastic bags.
