At present, the reform of the rural collective property rights system still faces some difficulties and problems. This includes inadequate reforms in various regions, and the phenomenon of “ups and downs” in some places. In a few places, when confirming the membership of a collective economic organization, the ex-married women whose household registration is still in their villages are excluded. In some places, collective asset management The level is not high.
