The “Draft for Comment” specifies that the above policy measures will be implemented from the date of issuance of this document and will end on December 31, 2020.
It is worth mentioning that, as of now, among the new car consumption subsidies and trade-in subsidy policies implemented in various provinces and municipalities, Shenzhen has the highest amount of subsidies. On the same day, the detailed rules for the subsidization of the old-for-new subsidies for fuel vehicles in Shanghai were released at 4,000 yuan each. Earlier, Shanghai had also issued a policy stating that it would give a subsidy of 5,000 yuan to consumers’ charging costs incurred during the use of new energy vehicles.
