Relevant person in charge of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs recently responded to a reporter ’s question on the “100-day special crackdown operation” on the joint implementation of illegal and illegal pig transportation by the three departments. If the behavior is suspected of a crime, it shall be transferred to the public security organ in a timely manner. Live pigs with no quarantine certificate, no animal ear tags and unrecorded transportation vehicles will be detained and handled on site, and the cargo owner shall be responsible for quarantine and observation for 15 days. For pigs that are sick, die, or have positive African swine fever tests, they will not be subsidized for resolute killing.
