Everything in the company looks so normal. Even in the week after the news spread, colleagues should still do something, but occasionally they will spontaneously learn some news about the company from the Internet.

I joined Ruixing in January this year. At that time, the pneumonia epidemic had not yet spread. Within 20 days, I received hiring notices from three major companies, including Ruixing.

Recruitment positions are system front-end development engineers, whose main job is to develop internal platforms for Ruixing. Rui Xing was a start-up company in the eyes of everyone. I also feel that the prospect of working here will be more promising.

When interviewing, when the interviewer saw that I had foreign company experience, he specifically asked me, “Are you ready to face hard work again?”

I know he wants to emphasize “Lai Ruixing may often need to work overtime”, and of course give a positive answer.

There was not much overtime afterwards. In general, Ruixing is not much different from other Internet companies. The open work area and clean working environment. More than 70 people in our department work well with each other and do not have too many efficiency problems.

According to Ruixing’s recruitment requirements, employees must pass two probationary periods before they can formally enter the job. I just passed the first trial period of Ruixing, which is just three months. But I chose to leave voluntarily.

I don’t like the feeling that my future is controlled by other reasons.

2. After fraudulent exposure, our shop exploded

At the end of 2019, I saw Ruixing recruiting a large number of people in the same city in 58. Before they expanded, they also went to my school to recruit part-time jobs. Many seniors and sisters said that they were reliable, so I decided to try it.

After passing the recipe assessment, I also passed the barista certification, and the salary was 21.5 yuan per hour.

The salary level of Ruixing is much higher than other part-time jobs. Roommates at McDonald’s are more than a dozen.

It seems that Ruixing’s promotion channel is also good. You can participate in Pandian when you are on duty, you can participate in some management affairs when you are admitted to the deputy manager, and you will become a full-time manager. You will pay five insurances and one payment when you start working, and your salary is higher than that of other catering groups.

I considered the possibility of staying, but working at Ruixing is really tiring.
