“It’s not worthy of people waiting for a long wait outside the Apple retail store.”

According to foreign media reports, at the autumn conference held in Cupertino Park, California, Apple released its latest flagship smartphone iPhone 11 series, but many of their new features give people a sense of deja vu.

Three cameras? Huawei Mate 20 has been around last year. Special low light mode? The Night Sight designed by Google for Pixel 3 achieved this a year ago. Then there is 5G, and the 2019 iPhone 11 still lacks support. While Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus and many other handset manufacturers are talking about the next generation of wireless technology, Apple remains silent in this regard.

All of this adds up to a new phone that feels like people have to upgrade, but it’s not worth the wait for people to wait outside the Apple retail store. Three years after Apple used the same pre-design, the new iPhone was hard to give people a bright impression.

This feeling is not new. Over the years, people’s enthusiasm for smartphones has been declining. But the incremental upgrade of the iPhone 11 Pro ended the year of the downturn in the mobile phone market.

Let’s face it! Things have been very serious. According to data from market research firm Gartner, smartphone sales have been declining in the first half of this year. Consumers are dissatisfied with the increasingly expensive high-end phones. Many innovations revolve around adding new cameras, or reducing or eliminating bangs.

The only exciting part of the industry, the collapsible smartphone, is now still in the early stages of toddlers, and both Samsung and Huawei have delayed the release of their cutting-edge phones, Galaxy Fold and Mate X.

For Apple, the situation is particularly difficult, and it has not really claimed to undergo major innovations for some time. The company has always been known for capturing current trends and retouching it, but its more and more features sound like a simple imitation of a competitor.

Strategy Analytics analyst Neil Mawston said: “Since the launch of the first high-speed 3G version of the app store in 2008, Apple has not really launched a revolutionary iPhone.”

Of course, Apple does not agree with this. At the press conference held on Tuesday in the United States, Apple CEO Tim Cook gave a keynote speech.Show: “This is the most powerful and amazing iPhone we have ever built.”

Phil Schiller, the company’s marketing director, also said: “This is the first mobile phone we call Pro, which means it is a device that professionals can rely on.”

However, most observers with objective positions question the claims of Apple executives that Apple’s new mobile phone is clearly lacking in risk. It is understandable that given the huge number of mobile phones sold by Apple, it must maintain a certain balance. When you produce more than 200 million iPhones a year, even small changes like new features can make a huge splash in the manufacturing chain.

But for the fans who are looking forward to the latest and greatest Apple products, this is a cold comfort. This has become a common saying, “wait until next year when the iPhone is upgraded on a large scale.”

No 5G, but there are 3 cameras

Apple has focused most of its attention on the biggest improvements in the new iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone Pro Max: it has a square module on the back and three cameras inside. The first two cameras are standard lenses and 2x telephoto lenses that were previously configured in the iPhone, all of which are 12 million pixels, while the third camera is a new 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with a field of view of 120 degrees.

These three lenses let the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone Pro Max shoot Schiller’s professional-grade photos. Schiller said: “This is the first camera system called Pro, and it really deserves this name.”

Although Apple boasted that this is the best camera ever, remember that Apple’s competitors have installed more cameras on their phones a year ago. Huawei installed four cameras in its P30 Pro, and startup HMD added five cameras to its Nokia 9 PureView phone.

However, Apple says it coordinates all three cameras, so they are optimized to work together, with minimal changes in exposure and illumination. The company also boasts the ability to use these three cameras to capture multiple video sources of the same video.

In addition to the camera, Apple also boasts a larger battery for the iPhone 11 Pro, which will last four hours longer than the iPhone XS battery, while the iPhone Pro Max battery life can be extended by five hours. These phones are made of stainless steel with a glass back and a clearer Super Retina XDR screen.

The iPhone 11 Pro starts at $999 and the iPhonePro Max starts at $1,099. The new iPhone 11 replaces the relatively cheap iPhone XR last year, which has both standard lensesThere are also ultra-wide lenses and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera with a larger range of viewing angles. The iPhone 11 is priced at $699, which is $50 cheaper than last year’s iPhone XR.

One feature missing from the new iPhone is 5G. Although the lack of 5G is not important now, after all, its network is still being laid, and the coverage of the world is not large, but as we enter 2020, the demand for 5G will increase. By the spring of next year, we will see manufacturers launch their second-generation 5G phones.

IDC said that for Apple’s iOS platform, 2019 will be a challenging year and its market share is expected to decline slightly. On the other hand, due to the emergence of 5G, the market share of Android devices is expected to increase.

IDC analyst Ryan Reith said: “We don’t think 5G will be the savior of smartphones, but we do think this is a key evolution of mobile technology.”
