At present, the national average proportion has just passed 2%, and the United States has only 2.8%. This shows the determination of the Yangtze River Delta in investment in scientific research. At present, the R & D intensity of Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Hefei has exceeded 3%, Beijing has exceeded 5%, and Shenzhen has exceeded 4%, Guangzhou is about 2.5%.
Basic infrastructure connectivity has been basically achieved, and the Yangtze River Delta on the track has been basically completed .
