I was born in 1995. When I first started a business, I often listened to some seniors sharing years of management experience. Later, I found that young CEOs also have some relatively unique advantages.

The “studio” has a weaker sense of hierarchy. Before the formal establishment of Fengbian, it was a public welfare organization with hundreds of people and a screening system. Our group of people are doing well in their respective schools, but at the same time, they also have a deep sense of loneliness.
