I’m worried, some are not sure, and my team knows. But I cannot let my team follow my worries, especially not let them feel that I am hiding my worries, so I let them know me.
Later, of course, I continued to do many things, and I also have more and more energy and experience.
I think that at your age, you always want to do something, and there must be a chance, but we may often worry that someone will do better and faster than us, or It is said that others may understand and be more complicated than us, so they may do better than us.
So as an entrepreneur, I shouldn’t be afraid of competition or pressure.
If you don’t want to be stressed, if you are worried about pressure and competition, then don’t start a business, and don’t engage in this type of business activity.
The world today is full of worries. People are worried about privacy protection, data, security, and so on. Almost we are worried about everything and everything.
But often when you have such worries, it also means opportunities. I think the era of mobile is coming, the era of big data is coming, the era of network is coming. On the one hand, you have all kinds of worries, but you should seize the opportunities this worries bring you.
If you have a good system that can help you never worry, it would be great, but there is no such system, including big leaders, they are worried because we are all human.
3. Looking for a job, choosing a good company is worse than choosing a good boss
I think that what changed my life is that I used to be a high school teacher.
I don’t want to be a teacher very much. I think how can a boy be a teacher? I want to be a teacher after graduation all day.
The Chinese system was to be a teacher when graduating from a normal school.

Young people, if you are looking for a job after graduating from college, the first important job you find is not necessarily a famous company. You have to find a good boss and teach you how to be truly a person people.
How can you do things well, and after you have made this promise, you have a promise for yourself to be able to stay there and not leave.
A lot of people can’t do this. I see a lot of people doing badly and have a lot of problems.
If you were 20 or 30 years old, you didn’t know how to go in the future, and you had many ideas, so you just follow someone;
When you are 30 to 40 years old, if you really want to try it yourself, you can try it;
between 40 and 50 years old, focus on the area where you are doing well;
After 50 years old, between 50 and 60 years old, help young people do better;

I think that for graduates of the 21st century, to seize opportunities and have a future, we need three perspectives, namely: global perspective, future perspective, and overall perspective; we also need three quotients: lQ (intelligence quotient), EQ ( EQ), and LQ (love quotient).
The global outlook does not necessarily need to understand foreign languages, but it must respect and understand different cultures. People and people, countries and countries, no one is the same, it must be different, and will be different forever.

I happened to be 8 years old when the two countries established diplomatic relations. After Nixon’s visit to China that year, Hangzhou had English classes, and Hangzhou became an open city. Many American tourists came to Hangzhou. I became a tour guide for American tourists and learned English. This taught me a lot of different things. In view of the great charm of the world, it also gave me different eyes to see the world and different ways of thinking.
Everyone here today, as well as all the many people today, are huge beneficiaries of Sino-US cooperation and beneficiaries of globalization. Without Sino-US cooperation, there can be no New York University in Shanghai; without Sino-US cooperation, I believe that there will not be today’s Jack Ma, today’s Alibaba.
In the future, to find a common direction for China, the United States, and the world, and a common direction for cooperation, this mission can only be accomplished by young people. This is everyone’s responsibility. Graduated from a university that cooperated in these two great cities, at this time, I believe that your destiny must have a unique mission.
The overall view is to look at the problem from the position of others. The thinking in the IT era is based on me, making ourselves stronger, and we are fighting against muscles; while the thinking in the DT era (Noteman Note: Data Technology Era) is altruistic. We will always stand in the future to think about problems. What we want to solve is future problems, not past problems. We should never use past methods to solve future problems.
For the young people of the future, we also need to have three kinds of quotients: lQ (intelligence quotient), EQ (emotional quotient), and LQ (love quotient). People with high IQ are not easy to fail, people with high EQ will have many opportunities, but only people with high LQ can be respected.
In the future, machines may replace humans to do a lot of work, but machines only have chips. It has no heart. Humans have love. This is impossible for machines to replace humans.
