The keynote speech is likely to be a pre-recorded video again, rather than Apple CEO Tim Cook and other executives giving a live speech to the audience on stage. In 2020, Apple WWDC was widely praised because it made the conference more inclusive for everyone, especially considering the cost of attending the conference in San Jose, California. Cook said that in 2020 WWDC will attract 22 million viewers on all Apple streaming media and provide developers with 72 hours of video content.
